All designs, display stands and other items featured on the Site are the property of SAINT-HONORÉ PARIS SASU or of their respective owners in France, the European Union and internationally. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited.


Article 1 – Access to the Website

These Terms of Use (which include our privacy policy) apply without restriction or reservation to all services offered by SAINT-HONORÉ PARIS SASU on its website www.saint-honore.paris (hereinafter the “Site”). Together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, they constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the user of the Site (hereinafter the “User”).

These Terms of Use are accessible at all times on the Site and shall prevail over any other version or any other conflicting document (with the exception of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

Our Site is updated regularly, and we may therefore modify its content at any time. Where necessary, we reserve the right to suspend access to our Site, or to close it for an indefinite period. We are, however, under no obligation to update it, and we accept no liability should any information no longer be current.

Use of our Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.


Article 2 – Intellectual Property

2.1. Site content

We hold all intellectual property rights attached to the content of our Site, subject to rights belonging to third parties and to content posted by third parties, for which we hold a licence.

The content of our Site is protected by copyright legislation and by other laws in France and in other countries.

All our creations are original, and we take particular care never to draw inspiration from our competitors, nor even to consult their collections on their websites.

Most of our creations are the subject of a filing with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

2.2. Use of Site content

You are free to print one copy and to download extracts from certain pages of our Site for your personal use, and to draw the attention of others to the content of our Site.

However, you may not modify, in any manner whatsoever, the paper or digital copies printed or downloaded from our Site, and you must not use any illustration, photograph, video or audio sequence, or any graphic element, independently of the accompanying text.

Under no circumstances may you reproduce and/or use any illustration, photograph, video or audio sequence, or any graphic element from our Site, whether for personal or commercial purposes.

2.3. Creating a link to our Site

You may create a link to the home page or the collections page of our Site (to the exclusion of any other page of the Site), provided that such link is created in accordance with applicable law, does not damage the reputation of our Site, and does not allow you to derive any advantage from it.

Furthermore, the creation of such a link must in no way suggest the existence of any form of association between you and the Company, or any approval or endorsement on our part.

Creating a link to our Site from a website that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited.

Our Site must not be framed within any other website whatsoever, and the creation of any link to any page of our Site other than the home page or the collections page is prohibited. We reserve the right, where applicable, to withdraw our consent at any time without notice.

2.4. Other uses

2.5. Misuse of the Site

You must not misuse our Site, nor knowingly introduce viruses, Trojan horses or any other malicious or technologically harmful material.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, to the server hosting it, or to any other server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site by means of a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will cooperate fully with them, disclosing your identity to them where necessary.

In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to delete your User account immediately and to prohibit your access to our Site, whether temporarily or permanently.

We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other materials as a result of your use of our Site or of downloading any item accessible on this Site or on any linked site.

2.6. Penalties

In the event of failure to comply with the provisions set out above (and in particular in the event of misuse of any illustration, photograph, video or audio sequence, or any graphic element from our Site), we reserve the right to prohibit your access to our Site (temporarily or permanently). You must also, upon our first request, return or destroy any copy (paper or electronic) that you may have made.

We further reserve the right to claim damages.


Article 3 – Privacy Policy

3.1. Information collected

While you browse our Site, and in order to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect several types of information, including:

  • upon your subscription to our newsletter: your name and your contact details (address, e-mail address, telephone number, nature of your interest in our products);
  • upon any request for information, any e-mail sent to our teams, subscription to our newsletter or to any other service, entry into a competition, vote for a product or review posted: your name, your contact details and any other information such as your age, your areas of interest and your product preferences;
  • upon any visit to the Site: your internet location (IP address, domain names such as .fr or .com, originating URL), the browser used, the country and telephone prefix of your computer, the pages of our Site you viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on and any searches you carried out;
  • lastly, we may obtain customer lists from third parties in order to invite new people to discover SAINT-HONORÉ PARIS. However, these lists include only persons who have consented to receive promotional e-mails. In any event, all our e-mails include an unsubscribe option.

Finally, we inform you that our Site is monitored and that we may record any information relating to your visit to our Site that may help us improve the quality of the services we offer.

3.2. Use of the information collected

We undertake to use your Personal Information solely to improve our services and in order to share with you our passion for design and for our craft.

We will not share your information with third parties. We may, for example, use the information collected for:

  • processing your orders;
  • improving our Site;
  • managing a competition, a promotion, a survey or other features of our Site;
  • improving our customer service;
  • improving your browsing experience;
  • sending periodic e-mails or information relating to our offers and products;
  • improving our advertising.

When you use our contact forms or other forms present on the Site, or when you place an order, request a quotation or any other information, and more generally when you contact SAINT-HONORÉ PARIS SASU in any form whatsoever, we record information concerning you. This information is collected and retained in order to carry out all operations relating to our commercial relationship — namely the creation of your account, payment and delivery arrangements, the handling of complaints and after-sales service — to provide you with the services to which you subscribe, and to send you SAINT-HONORÉ PARIS SASU offers.

In accordance with data protection regulations, you have a number of rights, including a right of access, rectification and objection to the processing of your data. 3.3. How do we protect your information?

SAINT-HONORÉ PARIS SASU has put in place numerous security measures to guarantee the protection of your Personal Information.

We have a security system and secure servers. All data provided by Users is transmitted via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and is encrypted in our database. It may be accessed only by authorised persons holding specific access rights to our systems and contractually bound to keep this information confidential.

3.4. Cookies

The term “cookie” refers to a small information file that any website transmits to your computer via the browser you are using. It enables websites and service-providing systems to recognise your browser, and to record and remember certain information in order to interact with you and to improve and personalise your browsing experience.

We accept no liability as to the accuracy of the information appearing on our Site, and in particular as to any comment or content posted on our Site by third parties.

We do not control the content of these sites or resources and we accept no liability as to their content or in the event of loss or damage that may result from their use.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company hereby expressly excludes:

  • all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be binding upon us by operation of law (except as provided in these Terms of Use or in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale);
  • all liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by any User in connection with our Site or its use, any inability to use it, or the consequences of using our Site, the websites linked to it and any information published on our Site, including but not limited to any:
    • loss of business;
    • loss of turnover, profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
    • loss of contracts or goodwill;
    • loss of data;
    • loss of management or administrative time;
    • and any other loss or damage whatsoever, however caused, whether arising from tort (including negligence), breach of contract or any other cause, even if foreseeable.

We likewise accept no liability in the event of Site disruption, computer or Site errors, e-mails sent to an incorrect address, or any other malfunction or interruption connected with the internet.
